I’m at Joy’s Folly and there’s no reception. What do I do?

Check in is after 2 pm. Joy’s Folly is designed for self-check-in. All instructions

are sent to you via email or SMS before your arrival. Can’t find them? Don’t

worry—call or text us on 0437 039 005 and we’ll assist you.

How do I contact management at Joy ‘s Folly?

You can reach us by phone or text at 0437 039 005. We monitor messages

throughout the day and will get back to you as soon as possible.

My phone battery is flat, and I can’t get into my room. Is there a power outlet outside?

Yes! A power outlet for emergency use is located on the back deck of the Beach

House called ‘Sandra ‘. Please bring your own charging cable.

Something’s wrong in my room. What do I do?

We are here to help. Please text a photograph or call 0437 039 005 with a

description of the issue. We’ll respond quickly to resolve it.

What do I do when I’m leaving or checking out?

Check-out is by 10.30 am. Please lock the door and place the key in the security box

on the outside wall. Please remember to roll the barrel of the security box and

pull up the cover. We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I arrange a later check out or an earlier check in time?

Whenever possible we are happy for you to arrange an earlier check in or later

check out time. Call or text the manager on 0437 039 005 on the day of departure

by 9 am, and on the day of arrival by 1 pm to check if we can accommodate your

request.

How do I leave a review?

We’d love your feedback! You can leave a review on:

Or simply text us your thoughts—we really do read them all.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no, for several reasons we do not allow pets on the property.

I’ve left something behind after check-out. How do I report it?

Please text or call 0437 039 005 with your name, your stay dates, and a

description of the lost item. If found, we’ll arrange for pickup or postage.
